We moved back to the KC area last year and are in the process of turning our new home into a doggy wonderland. Our team of three runs a full time pet care company including doggy daycare, boarding, and drop in visits for all sorts of animal species. As pet care lovers and trainers, we understand the importance of having a private, secure space to work or be with your dog for whatever reason. Our nearly 3 acre backyard is fully fenced, at least our 5 lb chihuahua, daycare dogs, and dozens of sniffspotters have yet to find a way out. While we try our best to maintain our yard, sometimes the grass gets high or there are fallen branches. If grass length is a deal breaker, just ask! We'll let you know if it's gotten high or is freshly mowed. There is a detached garage with an old chicken coop with a hole in the door in the middle of the yard. We're aware the hole is there, we don't have immediate plans to fix it, and we don't mind if your dog wanders into it. The yard backs up to the highway. It can get a little loud, but it's pretty much white noise to us and our dogs. Aside from the highway, it's generally a quiet spot. There is a smaller fenced in area of the backyard we use for dog training. You can use that or the main yard. There's a large circle drive at the entrance of our property. You can park inside the fenced yard (open double drive gate) or just outside of it (enter through pedestrian gate) . Near the carport is a shelf with poo bags, our business cards, grooming wipes, a grooming towel, dog water bowls, and usually some extra tennis balls. Let us know if anything is missing! There's a trash can by the carport, as well as a waste station halfway down the yard (trash can and additional poo bags) and another in our smaller fenced in area. There's a spigot by the carport and another at the RV port that can be used to fill water bowls or play with. We don't have lighting in the backyard, but can turn on the lights under the carport, should you ever desire. Feel free to move around chairs or table or use the swing. Note, this is our home and we're constantly working on our property. There are piles of firewood, wheelbarrows, and the occasional rake left out leaning against the shed. PLEASE READ THE WELCOME MESSAGE THAT IS SENT TWO HOURS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

Bunnies luckily have escape routes, so if your pup likes to Sniff, this is your Spot! And of course, all the other pups scent also! Great spot for launching balls, while you relax on the patio. We're at the end of the Cul-de-sac. Still learning the ropes and enjoying meeting guests if I'm here! I have a kitty, but he has hiding spots, and guests rarely see him since he has escape routes. ha!

Beautiful landscaped large yard. Easy access location, partial shade, picnic table and other seating options so you can bring a picnic! My Shih Tzu lives here and would love some friends. Ample driveway or street park. Very nice mature neighborhood. Close to amenities such as several restaurants, car wash, Walgreens and Hy-Vee right across the street. Come check it out!

Space is fully gated, has a water spigot on the south side of the house. Fence in the back of the yard is covered with grape vines and has no holes in it.

Pet and human Family friendly. I am a petsitter by profession and love hanging out with new pups and giving them access to stop the opportunities to play and be served and loved on as possible! Am in progress of updating and adding options to make this a more fun and suitable yard for these pups, but would love some personal feedback from real owners and their pups!

I am brand new to this and will need a grace period to learn. Great spacious yard with a nice playground for the kids to play and dogs to run around. Biggest pitfall is there are several neighboring dogs and they can be a distraction.

We are pleased to offer our backyard, it’s not much but it’s beautiful in the spring and summer there will be flowers and blooms galore, please use the chairs on the deck and anything else that is left out! Parking is off 18th street right in front of the little blue and white garage.
