We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

Great location, great space and fencing. Very clean and organized which is nice as it makes clean up easy. A lot of seating and cover in different places as well as water stations for the pups. My dogs really enjoyed the toys and the equipment, as well as the treats! Highly recommend this place for reactive dogs as the fence is high and/or covered with fabric; and there’s a lock on the inside of the play area so no one can get in while you’re there. Also, just a lovely area and nice to walk around while the pups play. Overall, 10/10 and recommend.

Rainy Day Fun for 4 dogs. The rain only lasted a few minutes. Grassy play area so they really didn't get muddy. Large enough for long frisbee throws and a nice walk around the perimeter for exercise. The Golden in our group enjoyed the pool - even in the rain. Agility equipment is fun and lots of toys in the toy box. The obstacle sticks will be used more appropriately now that we have had time to watch the instructions. They are meant to be done slowly ;-) Definitely will be a favorite Sniff Spot for us.

We had the best time at the Pawsitive Connection Sniff Spot! I normally like to book with friends (human and dogs) so the dogs can play together, but today it was just me and Gus. This spot allowed us to easily entertain ourselves for an hour! The toy basket is HUGE and well stocked. We really enjoyed the agility section and the QR codes with instructions on how to use the equipment. We can't wait to go back!
