Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

We took our dog lure coursing for the first time, and he loved it! Jim was super helpful, and he lets his own dogs come out to run together, which made the experience even better for our Benny. We'll definitely be going back. Make sure to book with 24-hrs notice, even if the slot says it's open. He personally runs the course in his free time, so hours will vary.

Our first time trying Sniffspot and Jim’s place was great!! We don’t have a yard and our puppy loved running around in so much space. Other animals like dogs and sheep may be in sight but the fence isn’t shared so nothing is able to get too close. Our dog didn’t even notice them. Good amount of space for reliable recall work too. This is a great little private dog run! Plenty of room for 1 or multiple dogs. There are tables and chairs to sit and at a waterer for the animals! There’s even a shade spot for your animals to cool off in between runs! Will definitely be going back!

Very large area for running. Water available. Very nice host. Must bring your own toys, balls and frisbees. The area was clean, only thing is the area is dominantly dried straw like weed shoots - etc. Can be hard for some breeds to run across, my dog didn't seem to have issues with it.

Had a great day here today. LOTS of really nice updates to this SniffSpot since our last visit. So many I cannot name them all! Fantastic shaded area to sit and watch or take a break. Refrigerator in this area to keep your drinks cold. There is also an automatic waterer and water hose in the fenced area that is new since I was last there and it works great. This time we did not see any people, any dogs, or any farm animals. We are really impressed with all the work Jim has done to the area. It is pretty cool to see it all coming along and all these additions make a great SniffSpot even better.

My dog and I had a great time at this Sniffspot. Plenty of room to run and sniff, with a small pool that my dog loved to flop in to cool down in between running. If your dog is noise sensitive (mine used to be very very noise sensitive), the neighbor was on his tractor for part of the 90 minutes we were there. It was loud and would’ve been a problem for my dog just a few months ago. This spot is definitely well worth the trip, just something to consider if it applies to you and your dog. Clean, fun spot and we will be back!
