Located in Crestwood neighborhood, parking off of Villa. The yard is about 7500 ft.², there is grass and there is dirt. I don’t mind if your dog digs. It is completely fenced in and has been checked for any way that a dog could get out. A hose for freshwater is available. **PARKING** The driveway and yard entrance is behind the house, directly off of Villa. The gate is unlocked.

Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs. Residential backyard, gated, we have had to do some patch work to our fence due to our own dog being creative lol. Plenty of grass but it's also kept up. Plenty of space for a few dogs to play and have fun, or just to bathe in the sun. Gate is approximately 4ft high. We do have a dog chain if you need to use it for any reason. Our dog don't like collars so we just have it in the back yard for no reason now. Lol also our dog is very loving to people and other animals. Mostly plays. So would make another dogs good companion.
