By far our favorite spot to bring our hound for off leash adventures! Able to practice his nose work in a controlled, yet distracting enough environment (all the smells). Excellent place for practicing off leash recall!

What a relief to find a spot free from distractions and have so much space to explore! Our dog loves open grassy areas and this was perfect for us to get a few laps in and smell the countryside. Our host graciously accommodated our request to give our dog space as ours is reactive to dogs and people. The address and parking was easy to find and we'll happily be coming back. Thanks for offering your space, it's perfect.

Really great open space that the hosts have made easy to get to and access. The only issue we had were that the lawn has lots of holes (obviously from other dogs) that could lead to an accident. Our pup really enjoyed her time sniffing and playing!

Easy to see signage for where to turn and where to enter the field. I really liked that we could enter without meeting the host (to maintain social distancing). The field is well maintained and contains some nice trees. Fully enclosed as stated to help put our minds at ease with our little escape artist. Very peaceful place despite being next to the road - I think we only saw two cars go by during our time there. Nora had a lot of fun exploring and running. She was particularly interested in the animals nearby, which she could hear/smell but couldn't see.

First time we have done this, wasn’t sure what to expect but this place was as good as we were told but better than expected. We were recommended by our neighbor as we live in a apartment. Clean, quite with ample space and truly secured and maintained fence line. We enjoyed or quite and peaceful hour of solitude with our fur babies. Thank you very much! We will be back!

My dog and I had a great time here! It is a beautiful, securely-fenced pasture and was easy to find. Parking was simple, I parked under the big tree close to the back gate as instructed. This is a wonderful venue for your dog to run, play, and train.

Just what we needed to see our new reactive dog off leash. Fence is secure, dogs and other animals can be heard and seen but at a considerable distance so our pup felt very safe and happy. A great day!

My dog had a great time sniffing around and jogging the perimeter. The field is fully fenced and I felt comfortable when letting her off leash. The owner made sure her dogs were not in sight, which was great for our reactive dog.

Our dog loved just exploring and finding random sticks and tennis balls! He checked out the tall grass and played a bit of fetch and was very content! The space is well fenced. It is close to a road on two sides so if you have a car chaser like we do, you’ll want to just keep an eye on them.

Really big and secure field in some of the most gorgeous countryside I have ever seen. You just let yourself in enjoy. One corner is even covered with wildflowers and there are trees scatted throughout for shade. Will definitely return someday.

Large open space that is fully enclosed and secure. Lots of great sniffing spots and places to run and play. Very clear signs and indicators where to go, very easy to find and access. Great for dogs that are learning to recall or don't play well with others.

Nice wide open space, it is a pasture so some of the walking is uneven, perimeter path was good. Dogs loved it, humans. It is a beautiful location. Liked the signs on the road and on the gate to the play area, also having a trash can for poop bags was a bonus

Our Trip to Rouge & Cooper's Sniff Spot was wonderful today. The weather was perfect, and the host had set up chairs in the yard. My puppy Pepper had fun intensely smelling around the trampoline area (I think there might be creature(s) under the wooden platform), and she played with several of the toys left out on the lawn. There were also several sticks in the yard that she chewed on. The little Sniff Spot table w/ items like cold bottled water, the wifi network, treats, toys, and the paw wash station are wonderful touches too. My partner, who is sensitive to sound, was able to take a nap the 2.5 hours we were there, which is great. There are some larger holes (perhaps dug by other dogs?) near the back of the yard, so be careful where you step! It's a yard that I feel confident that my smaller puppy can't break out from too, so we'll be back for another play (& nap) session soon.

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot fully fenced dog park?

We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot fully fenced dog park at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
