After opening the gate under the JP LONGSTOCK RANCH sign, and shutting it behind your vehicle- you can park next to the shed and let your dog run free in the very secure and spacious ranch hillside. The spot consists of 3 acres fully fenced with a shed and picnic table offering a rustic ranch experience with views of the huge almost 100 year old historical barn where the Buffalo Soldiers once kept their horses. Now used as a breeding and riding ranch, you will likely see the unique leopard spotted Appaloosa X Friesian horses in their paddocks or turned out enjoying kicking up their heels (sometimes with their babies) in the nearby arena. The shed has electrity, free Wi-Fi, privacy, drinking water for you and your companion(s), fire pit, colorful picnic bench, couch, chairs, and table stocked with puzzles and old school games. The area is large and wide open for your pups to play and run with some large trees, a kiddy pool and horse shoe pit. Enjoy the spectacular desert mountain views surrounding the rustic charming ranch. We offer rock painting, using our metal detector to discover old treasures left by the soldiers, tours of the barn and meeting the horses all at a small additional cost if you choose to add some extra entertainment. If not, just enjoy your time with your pet(s) and make yourself at home. The vibe here is very laid back, clean and welcoming. We can cater to almost any requests so please let us know what you would like your experiences here to be like or any special events or instructions to give you the most quality out of your time at the ranch. We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. With 2 sides of the fence, standing 6 feet tall, while the other two sides are fenced at 4 & 5 feet in height. As you enjoy the serene surroundings, you might hear chickens, roosters and goats in the distance and catch glimpses of squirrels and hawks. And if you're lucky, maybe even a curious gopher or two.
