You and your pup(s) have the options to walk around the land which is fully fenced and/or hang out in the dog pen which is a smaller contained space with dog toys, beds, and bowls. All of your financial contributions will go towards helping to care for our rescue animals. Cats and Dogs right now but more farm animals to come! We know that not all dogs like the public dog parks. We also, do not think they are safe due to irresponsible owners. We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Covered area with chairs and a shaded area with a picnic table for pawrents. Toys and bags available for use as needed! Water is available so please keep your pet hydrated!

We have a smaller fenced area with an additional 5 acres of non-fenced in pasture with a creek and pond. There is also a small trail through the woods. There are some chairs and tables spread out over the back yard and at the creek.

We’d love to welcome you and your pets to enjoy our land, as much as we do! This, very private, isolated mountain property is as much for you as it is for your pets! Bird watchers, nature lovers, rockhounds, mushroom hunters or just needing a break from the rat race. Great for couples wanting alone time with their dogs, or solo hikes without worry about other people and dogs. Planning a trip to Helen? Book time here before you leave! Shake off the crowds and hustle with a good long hike in total isolation. Your pups will be dog tired for your trip back home! It’s all yours while we’re away! Cell reception is remarkably good throughout most of the property. We’re always a call away if any questions or concerns come up.

Our yard is a little over a half acre, fully fenced and located in a cul-de-sac. Our neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly. Our neighbors do have dogs but they are also located in fences and when walked, they are kept on a leash. Our backyard provides a safe spot for your fur babies and lots of room to run and enjoy nature.

Our beautiful scenic property consist of a private dirt road owned and maintained by us. We have multiple fields on the property. Along with plenty of woods. Some pastures. Also we have some yard chickens whom are dog friendly and also dog aware. Our roosters will keep any dog in line so need need to worry. As far as facility we have a 18 run fully supported indoor outdoor dog kennel. This facility has running water and caters to ur pets full needs. We can service and groom pets if owner request and expense. So weather u need someone to take ur dog for a week while u vacate or jus a few hours while u work each day, or even if u jus want to visit us and enjoy our beautiful retreat estate in the mountains here. This is a beautiful relaxing and friendly place for anyone a their loved animal to visit. We hope to see each an everyone that visits us again. Please note: My dogs will be home and will likely bark from the window. During heavy rain the yard does flood especially at the low points and can become quite muddy and slippery!
