Loved the spot! If you have a dog that stays close, there is a long stretch of unfenced yard that runs up to the lake. The fenced area is small but so cute, with lots of shade and comfortable seating. Will definitely visit again! 🤗

This spot was great! Some bushes and trees for my dog fisher to explore as well as a big open lawn for fetch! So much fun!

Very quiet lovely neighborhood! The backyard is beautiful and well kept! Lots of room for my girl to roam and run around. Aspen loves getting to lay on the soft grass and sniff everything. There were toys available if needed! Andrea was wonderful! She came out to see how everything was going! The water bowl was prefilled when we got there so no worries about hydration. Lots of spots to sit in the shade out of the Florida sun. It’s a great local spot for us and we will definitely be coming back.

Great spot to let your pooch run and get some exercise! Clean and spacious, with chairs and shaded area for relaxing. Clean water, toys, and doggie bags provided. My dog especially loved the dig spot.

The yard was really well taken care of and there were plenty of toys along with fresh water! My dog loved sniffing around and had a great time, I will definitely be coming back :)

We have been to Andrea’s spot a few times and will continue coming back. It is always clean and well kept. Andrea is so attentive and has the best energy. Always has fresh water out and asks if she can come out to say hi to Koda (which is a big deal with a reactive dog). It’s a longer drive than other sniff spots near me, but worth it every time. Thanks Andrea🥰

This was my first time booking with sniffspot. Brittany was extremely friendly and communicative the entire process. Her space was well kept and large enough for my dog to explore and enjoy himself. Unfortunately the kiddie pools were out of commission but the water hose was available to allow my dog to cool off. For the price listed, the value was well worth it and I will definitely book with Brittany again

I brought my two shiba inus for a few hours and they had a wonderful time! Plenty of room to run around and great accommodations! The host left some water, doggy bags and tennis balls for them just in case. Beautiful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The old beagles next door are super chill and sweet. Fully fenced and a perfect private area!

Andrea was so lovely and friendly! Goose had the best time in her amazing yard. She provided fresh water, cool/comfy chairs, poop bags and even a tennis ball! She gave easy directions and Goose had a blast. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We’ll be back for sure!

Was a wonderful visit I wish I would've brought a friend they had foolsball darts snack and drink for both humans and dogs a wide variety of toys for the dogs to choose from towels to dry them of music playing best spot by far I've been to on here!

This place is absolutely awesome. It has a huge green space for the dogs to run and play and also the opportunity to go on the patio and swim with your dogs. Marianne is a great host and provides a lot of treats and toys for both the dogs and their owners (Coffee, soda, snacks, etc. and treats and toys for the dogs) During your visit you can listen to calming music on the patio which adds an extra touch of greatness. The entire space is extremely clean and me and my dogs can't wait to come back ❤️

It was once again a wonderful visit! We celebrated one of my dogs 3rd birthday and it was perfect. They all had a great time and came home exhausted which is exactly how we like it! I took some of these photos on my camera so enjoy! Thank you Marianne for being the best and an angel.

This is a great sniffspot, especially for reactive dogs like mine. The wood fence is 6 feet on most sides, with a small dip in one corner by only a few inches, and 7 ft on the remaining side. I felt very comfortable letting my dog off her 30 ft lead that I have kept her on at other spots. My pup is not only reactive to other animals, but super athletic and an escape artist. She was very safe and secure in this yard. It is a huge grassy running space that we really enjoyed. There is also a screened in pool and lounge area available, but we did not use it. That created a nice buffer between animals inside the house and my pupper. There were a few children playing on the other side of the fence for a bit, but I heard no other dogs, which meant we had a very relaxing visit. Marianne is a very friendly, communicative host who texted with us to ensure we had a good visit, but she did not come into the space while we were there, which I appreciated. We will be back!

Hosted Nala’s third birthday party here and had a blast! Owner was super helpful and accommodating. Put out an extra table to use and offered to put up some more human yard games. We had a fantastic time.
