Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. This outdoor space is where we operate our doggy daycare which is the #1 facility in WNY.

Our back yard features a covered pergola, a table/ chairs/ Loungers, a sandbox with trucks for kids, hose and kiddie pool access, WiFi and an electric outlet. In the front there is a covered porch you may relax on as well. Our yard is against the 219 so as long as you do not mind a little traffic noise, it is nice to have privacy with no neighbors behind the home.
