Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house! Yard includes a variety of sunny and shaded areas, a concrete patio and large wrap around deck, plenty of tables and chairs, a fire pit and a charcoal grill. Dogs enjoy the trampoline on the deck and variety of toys available for them to play with if you choose. Yard has a lot of shade and multi level terrain. Another gate takes you to a trail in the wooded area, down to a creek that runs off from white rock lake, and flows with water in the spring time. In the summer we have a kiddie pool set up for the dogs to enjoy and in the spring we have a peach tree. The yard is completely lit up in the evening. Access to fresh drinking water is always available. Grass is kept short with patches of wild flowers in the spring. The resident of the property is a canine with obedience trainer.
