Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. It's a 56acre partially fenced farm. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats who live here. They have access to inside so cats will be safe from visiting dogs. We plan to ad a dog course and play zone and a swimming area soon.

I have a fully fenced in back yard with a kiddie pool and access to a hose to fill it up. No towels are provided so make sure to bring your own! There is also a bucket next to the hose that can be filled with water for your pup(s). There is also a fire pit with chairs in the fenced in area that you will have access to.
