55Very clean and well-kept yard, free of clutter. There was a bowl of water left out for my hot doggies which was appreciated as well as some toys and extra poop bags. There is a trash can for the used bags and a few chairs where you can sit under the deck in the shade.
There is one panel in the fence that a fallen branch took out which brings the height to about 3.5-4 ft. My athletic dog could have made it over if motivated but lazier dogs won't notice. I used my leashes to make a barrier and all was secure. Thank you for having us!Elyse L.
