Our beautiful property- that we are so blessed to share with you, and that we have spent some much time and effort to make so that our guests love the full experience we offer, HAS Been severely impacted by Tropical Storm Helene. *****For the foreseeable future- and for the safety of our human and canine guests- Access will be restricted to our 4 Large fenced enclosures, along with the fields on the front side of the property- in Front of the cement wall. Thank you for your understanding and continued patronage. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn .

#3 Fun field for a furry frenzy 3- Field of Dreams in Fletcher

1/27 As the ground thaws this site will have some muddy spots. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

This spot is large and secure. Great for chasing frisbees! It’s really quiet with no people, cars or other animals around. The path to the creek is easy to follow. It was cloudy when we went but the covered gazebo will be nice shade in sunnier weather.

This field is HUGE and would be perfect for a fetch-loving doggie or a dog play date. So much room to run & play. Would be a great spot for training, too since it is so private with minimal distractions. We took the little walk outside the fenced area down to the creek and enjoyed it- workable for a dog with good recall or with using a long line. The gazebo is cute and would be great for a hot day to cool off.

This place was perfect. Our boy has epilepsy and is triggered by the overstimulation of other dogs and strangers so he only gets to run in our backyard which is less than 1/4 acre. This is the first time he has gotten to just run off leash in a large area and he absolutely loved it. The area is clean and has a table and gazebo and hammock and plenty of toys. We will def be going back!

Park is hugeee with a nice fence all the way around. It’s located behind an active industrial complex, but still private and quiet enough. The creek is awesome. We will definitely be back!

10/10 would recommend! My dog can run forever and it’s the perfect spot for just that! Walking the short trail to the river is definitely worth it if your pup likes to swim! I love all the extra little amenities the owner has for guests & dogs. We will definitely be back 😊

FANTASTIC!! My dogs absolutely loved this SnipSpot. Having the option to go swim in the creek was wonderful. Gazebo provided shade and I even snoozed in the hammock. Picked up a new love for Frisbee with one of dogs as lots of toys are provided. Great private location, wonderful amenities provided and HUGE area for dogs to run. Will definitely make this a regular place to take my 3 dogs!!

Awesome place! Definitely recommend reserving for at least an hour if you can. We spent the first 30 minutes by the creek and then the last thirty playing in the field to help dry off.

Large flat spot with secure fencing. I went after a storm and it was pretty swampy so dress accordingly if you find yourself in a similar position because the puddles are INESCAPABLE.
