This is a lovely home, yard and neighborhood. Many thoughtful amenities for dogs and humans. Steven is very welcoming and made sure we, along with Stevie, enjoyed our visit. We will be back and highly recommend this Sniffspot.

All I can say is- WOW! This property is a gem and I am over the moon that we found it! The host goes above and beyond. He answered all questions quickly and is extremely nice! The trails are well maintained and the pond is such a great way to cool off and get your pup some great exercise! We will be weekly visitors from now on! Can't recommend this place enough. 11/10!

I would leave 10 stars if I could. I cannot explain how magical this property is. It’s basically like your own private conservation area. There are trails for days! We walked for 50 mins at a fast pace and didn’t do them all. My dog LOVED it!!! We will be back soon for sure.

AMAZING!!! Our two girls spent 2 hours running, exploring and swimming. DOGGY HEAVEN on earth!! Definitely listen to advice and bring bug spray. Vitaliy was so kind and welcoming, we will be back!

Vitality has a beautiful property and was more than accommodating with my reactive dog and even left us some fresh water. The trails are stunning, everything loops back around so you can’t really get lost. We will definitely be back, thank you for having us :)

This property is heaven on earth for dogs! It has various trails, open grass for fetch, a sandy area and a pond. 10/10, 5 stars! My dog loved exploring and we can't wait to revisit. As a reactive dog owner, I loved that my guy got to roam freely and truly be a dog in a controlled environment without triggers or reactions.

I can’t say enough great things about this Sniffspot! Vitaliy is extremely welcoming and accommodating, provided great directions, and even water bowls for the dogs after their visit. The property is absolutely gorgeous and has tons of trails, we were there two hours the dogs really enjoyed the pond and trails but I don’t think we came close to exploring it all! You’ll want good recall on your dog as it’s a big property and only partially fenced but this really is a gem. Thank you Vitaliy!! We will be back! :)

Wow… 10/10 recommend! Vitaliy is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property is clean and well kept. One of my dogs is dog reactive and it was so nice to have a peaceful walk without having to worry about other people and/or dogs for once. We will definitely be back!!!

Vitality's place was fantastic. We have a reactive dog so public dog parks are never an option for us to let our dog be free. Once we crossed the parking lot, our dog could truly be free and himself for the next hour, OFF-LEASH. we never felt like the whole place wasn't secure. It felt like a private trail in a national forest. There's a lake and a couple of plastic chairs for us to rest. Vitaliy was quite responsive throughout and gave us plenty of heads up. He also was very accommodating when we were early for our booking. The only thing to be aware of are the bugs. We were given ample warning from Vitaliy. Hat and bug spray helped but we still underestimated the amount of bugs there. We want to be more prepared next time.
