Top Public & Private Dog Parks in Clemmons, NC

This is maybe the best yard we’ve ever rented. The fencing was sturdy enough to contain two large dogs and a giant hard plastic ball. It’s large, level, secluded, and a ton of fun. We had a blast!!

This spot was the perfect place for my dog to stretch her legs and run around! The fenced in area was very secure, but left a large area for Remi to sniff and run. We did venture down to the creek, but opted to stay on the bank because of recent heavy rains. It’s such a peaceful place to sit and relax for a minute. I left the spot with one happy, tired pup!

Cash and Grady had the best time. They loved the creek. Lots of smells in the field. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic space! The large, fully fenced area was perfect for my Border Collies to run and play. The fence was secure enough that my pup couldn’t peek underneath, so I felt completely at ease. Thank you for sharing your wonderful Sniffspot with our furry friends! 🐾

Loved the space! Will definitely be back. Large, fully fenced in area for our Dane to gallop. The river behind the fenced in area is not too deep, perfect for acclimating our boy to the water. The hill to get to the water was steep and muddy, but honestly worth the muddy pants. There was a trash can and a few toys, which was a nice touch!

Wonderful place! 10/10. The water is accessible down a rope! Don't go down if you're not a hiker. ❤️❤️❤️ We love this place!

This spot was PERFECT!! Perfect amount of shade, running area for the pups and the creek was refreshing for a hot, hot day! Will definitely be coming back!

Great hidden gem ! If you enjoy peace, nature, alone time with your doggie, as well as an awesome stream for him and you to play in!! This is the perfect spot! Two PAWS UP !!

Oh my gosh! This place is an absolute dog’s (and dog’s owner’s!) dream!!! It sits back plenty away from any consequential roads, there’s soo much open room for my boxer mix to run full out all over the place! But! The best part for us? The large creek, or small river, lol, how ever you choose to word it, plenty of water to play, splash, wade and cool off in. My boy had an absolute blast swimming, chasing sticks, exploring and running through the shallow parts! (So did I lol) We will definitely be back!!! Private land, no other dogs or people around, we loved every minute of it! The bank down to the water is a lil steep yes but just hold on to the sturdy trees right around and overhead as you go and then use the rope to rappel three to four steps down to the lil sand bar. Just a lovely outing for me and my boy. I felt safe and secure and we will definitely be back! Thank you Davey for allowing folks to come on your land and enjoy your property!

One of my absolute favorite spots! If you don't want to get wet or dirty stay in the fenced area. The dogs had a blast playing in the water but it's not for people who aren't outdoorsy people. It's slick and muddy but we love it! Read the reviews before going because this person doesn't deserve low reviews. I appreciate them allowing a fun place for my dogs to be dogs.

Another wonderful visit. The creek was slightly higher this time and the bank was muddy from all the rain-- truly my fault for not thinking of that. There is now a rope to help you back up and this helped IMMENSELY. We took more advantage of the fenced area this time and the dogs had a great time wandering and sniffing and playing fetch. Will be back for sure!!

We had the absolute best time here and we will be back hands down! The creek is amazing and so fun to wade with the dogs. As mentioned, it’s minorly steep getting down but if you’re agile and outdoorsy it’s truly no problem. A little mud never hurt nobody! Will be back!

Had a great time in the creek with my dog. Definitely bring shoes you can climb up and down in. The rope helps a lot. Very nice secluded area we even saw wild turkeys very fun!!!

The yard itself, fenced and unfenced, is nice. We spent the first 20 minutes of our visit roaming around the property. After finding the way down to the creek, the dogs had a wonderful time down there. I will say, going down there is definitely not safe for everyone as it is now. Things you will need : good hiking shoes or boots, a fanny pack to store your keys, phone-- mine also holds a water bottle and bowl for the dogs. You will need a little power to make it back up if you choose to go down to the creek and you will definitely get muddy/dirty. Your dogs should be fine to get back up by themselves but I went alone and while Im not weak, I have a bad shoulder and was horribly sore when I got home. Overall, the property is truly great-- I just want visitors to know there is slight risk going down to the creek unless there is better access made to reach it. Good time overall 👍

I took my pups here for the first time today & it is a wonderful spot! Lots of shade & space to romp, with a secure fence & no neighboring animals. My 2 big dogs had a blast exploring & playing fetch. Tips: there is a soccer ball available, but otherwise bring your own toys & water supply. If you’ve got those, you & your pups will have a fabulous time! 🐾💦🌲

Rustic, peaceful, and utterly private. Creek access could perhaps use some basic signage; there are a few spots to access it, and the climb down is easy enough, but getting back up… that’s a different story, lol. Go with a buddy or bring some rudimentary climbing assistance. This spot wasn’t buggy, despite the vicinity to the water, and the paths are quite walkable. My dog had a blast! We’d brought plenty of our own drinking/cleaning water, as there isn’t water access (that I could find). Also, don’t let the drive thru a suburban neighborhood fool you - once you arrive, it’s like you’re in the middle of nowhere! Just gorgeous.

Fun spot! The dogs enjoyed adventuring around the farm. I like the water access in the Summer. Definitely will come back again.

Great spot! There’s 2 acres of fenced in area with plenty of shade and room to sniff around. Outside of the fence, your pup has a wide open field and a creek to explore if they are good off leash. Highly recommend. All of my kids (2 lil hoomans and 1 fur-son) had a blast and were completely exhausted by the end of our visit!
