Behind the fenced in area is a 200x80 foot open and well maintained field followed by a trail system that covers a little over a half mile. The trails can get muddy after a good rain!

There is a privacy screen on the fence but it is not 100% blackout. This yard is virtually surrounded by pups in neighboring houses, so it is likely your dog will see other dogs through the fence and the resident dogs at the back door. Amenities include lighting for night use, a hose, sprinkler, kiddie pool, electricity, seating areas, garbage can, pooper scooper. The property is monitored via surveillance cameras 24/7.
