We have a 5 acre OFF LEASH area available, and an ON LEASH walking trail in the back of our property. We are pleased to invite you and your dog to our lovely fully fenced in area on our 12 acre property in the countryside of Montpelier, VA. 30 min from downtown Richmond, VA - come escape to the quiet and tranquil area we have set up and fenced off for dogs. An additional nature area for walking is available in the back; however, dogs MUST be leashed in this area, as it is not fully fenced back there. This property is just under 200 acres with 2 ponds, and several creeks running through it. We also have cut 12 miles of 6' wide trails. There is also about a 30 acre field for other training. If your dog has excellent recall you may walk off lead but there is natural wildlife on the property and your dog must be able to recall.

50 acres total, with plowed and cleared trails for dirt bikes, four wheelers, etc. The house on-site is inoperable. There is no running water, no toilet, and no electricity. However, there are 50 acres of totally private woods and trails, plus you can letj your dogs run loose. Close to downtown Chase City where there are gas stations and places to eat. Camping on the property is available.

Plenty of wild life, plants, and swimming in either the kiddie pool or the river run off in the back! We have goats at the moment in their own pin. Water-hose available and water bowl! Also will have tennis balls, and plenty of sticks to throw!

We have fenced-in farm animals your dogs can view. We will provide camping chairs, bottled water, water for your dog, a kiddie swimming pool and water for your dog to drink. We do have 3 dogs of our own, but they are fenced in with our underground fencing and with notice, we will be happy to lock them inside the house for your peace of mind and comfort! This is all on private, family land with plenty of roaming land!
