Great fenced in yard in town! It was a very windy day so there were a couple of noise triggers for my sensitive pup (the wind caused the back gate to clunk back and forth and the grill cover flapped around a lot). But after getting used to the noises, we settled in and had a great time!

We have been here several times. Great secure yard. Unfortunately, this time the sun was blazing hot and there were no trees or anything to be in the shade. We ended up only using 30-minutes of our time.

I can't stress enough how great this Spot is, it's been a lifesaver for me this summer. My puppy LOVES splashing in the kiddie pool and playing with all the available toys. Both of my boys love sniffing around here and there's tons of room for when they get the zoomies lol. The host even left ice in the water bowl for us since it's a hot day 💗

Flexible with time which was soo very appreciated. We got a late start and were able to adjust our visit by 15 minutes. Beautiful yard and kept up very well, no weeds for my dogs to eat as if they’re grazing cows! Fresh water and toys provided. Great communication from host.

This was Lambeau's first time at Zommie's Yard, and he loved it! We were welcomed with fresh ice water, a bin of toys, and a wonderful yard! He had a fantastic playdate with his best friends, Archie and Bowie!

The yard was a nice sized rectangle. Water and toys provided, along with a waste basket. My two dogs are too large for the space, but smaller dogs will probably have a good time. Nice that parking is in the driveway and only a few steps away from the gate/fenced in area.

55This was our first time using this Sniffspot. I had a question for Derek before I booked and he was very easy to work with and responded quickly. My 3 dogs visited on my lunch hour and had an absolute blast. The fence is very secure even if you have a small dog. I checked the perimeter and did not see anywhere a small dog could escape. There were bricks under the fence in the one slightly lower spot so unless your dog is part snake, they’re not getting out. The fencing is mostly 6’ with a small portion of what’s considered the side yard being 4’ (city code requires this). The house is on a corner with the side of the yard abutting a Main Street, so you will hear traffic (which is not a concern for my dogs). Derek stated I could park in the driveway, which I did, but there is also plenty of street parking available. The backyard is in great shape. There is a basket of toys for the dogs, a small patio table and two chairs and a swing hanging from the birch tree, which was super comfortable. My dogs had a blast sniffing, running, wrestling and playing. I can see there is solar lighting on the fence for at nighttime and a string of lights on the covered area of the patio. I did hear the resident dog bark a few times. I hope we weren’t disturbing him. My dogs were curious, but not bothered by it, but just mentioning in case you have a reactive dog where this may be a problem. Derek had set two clean bowls of fresh ice water out for the dogs. They enjoyed chomping on the ice cubes. There was a basket on the patio table with hand sanitizer, paw wipes and poop bags and a covered stainless garbage can for depositing waste. I’ve been using Derek’s yard pretty regularly since discovering it at Christmas. He is always so flexible and quick to respond. His yard is clean and the perfect space for my pups to get their fetch and zoomies out of their system!

This id the perfect yard for fetch lovers! There is more than enough space to throw and the pups to get the zoomies out. The covered porch is nice for those rainy days that you still have to get the dogs to run out some energy. Derek provided a fresh water bowl and toys. I’ll definitely be back!

My dogs love Derek’s yard. It’s huge and mostly private. He always has toys out for the pups and ice cold water that they very much enjoy! I like that you can park in a driveway and walk right in through the gate. Great location by the airport, too.
