Welcome to a fully fenced in property in an equestrian community. We have a beautiful sand/GGT arena space if you’d like to work on some training exercises with your pup. There is a huge field for your pup to sprint across chasing a toy, or just enjoying a run. If you need to get some work done while your pup safely explores the grounds, we have a quiet garden where you can sit and work on your laptop. You can bring a book and enjoy some quiet reading time as well. If you feel too much solitude, you and your dog can venture by the horses who will most likely be curiously watching your dogs playing. This is a big backyard. There is a covered patio with seating and a coffee table. There is also a trailer that has a restroom that you can use. There is Wi-Fi and there are outlets and there is a hose. Great for some fetch or frisbee. Digging is permitted as long as it’s not at the perimeter. There is a dog and a cat that live inside the house, but they will not be using the space while you are.

This private oasis has shade for humans and furry friends. Dogs are free to roam in the fenced in space with lots of grass and some trees.
