By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Our backyard is fenced in by a 6ft cedar fence. We do not use fertilizer or pesticides and there is a rain garden in the backyard with plenty of native flowers. We also have a decent amount of birds as well. The yard is child and dog friendly. The back patio is covered by polycarbonate panels and sunshade fabric underneath, allowing for the ability to be outside even while it’s raining (you are welcome to book the morning for remote working with your dog if you want! You will have access to the WiFi). We do have lights under the patio if you come in the early morning. There is a functioning sink on the patio with potable water, and a splitter in case you want to use the hose (sprinkler available upon request). We do have 3 cats, but they will be inside the house (be aware if you come inside for the restroom). The bathroom is accessible inside on the main floor, second door past the kitchen.
