There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We have our own 2yo pitty named Asher who is happy to share his yard (don’t worry he will be inside at all times) - we have poop bags and bug spray for your use. Please pickup after your pet!

Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Big, clean, nice fenced in yard, grass is normally cut every other week. Will be adding pools and other amenities soon.

Come bring your furry friends out for a nice walk or run down crouch creek and the outline of our property! There a big field to play with your friend or have a seat and watch them play!! They can lay in the sand or on the cool grass! During the winter there are plenty of warm spots to warm up at! Come on out and let your fury friends finally get some nice exercise, and who knows mybe they will meet a friend for life here!

Come play ball or work on your recall training in this 2,800 sq ft spot that is mostly flat. The backyard is often very quiet and backs onto a low traffic alley. There is plenty of street parking. We hope to add more amenities in the near future. Let us know what you’d like to see!

I also have a screened in porch you and your pup are more than welcome to use which is pretty cool during the hot days with a fan! I will have a water bowl, pooper scooper and trash can available for use! There is a table and chairs in the screen porch as well and I have a pretty big deck for use too!
