10 Acres to Roam in Folsom

We have about 10 acres with the horses and the cows in pasture adjoining the spot. We cleared a park like area for hosting parties that can be lit at night. there is space for a bonfire and plenty of felled tree limbs. We have established many trails through our little forest. There are deer, birds and every other forest critter to see. There is only barbed wire for cattle out there on the property line, you have to know you can recall your dog and that they won't bolt away from you -- however the area available is full of hills and depending on your trek, you may never even see the line. :)

Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. New sod! There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. There has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. I know it can & does happen. But if we can all do our part to pick up our dog's poop, that will make it enjoyable for everyone. We love it here, and we hope you do too. I operate a small pet sitting business from my home, and I am usually available, but I'll respect your privacy during your visit. Please note that the dogs staying with us may bark when they hear you outside, but they will not be allowed out during your visit. You can access the backyard through gates located on either side of the house, as shown in the photos. The yard is divided by a temporary fence for small and large dogs, and there are gates at both entries to the deck. Feel free to use the gates as needed.
