Not all of it is currently reinforced with wire, so it is not “fully fenced” but offers large space and privacy. Please note - use of the pool needs to be booked as an "extra". Please message me if you are having trouble. Come let your dog(s) play in our fully fenced, 2 acre yard. The yard is fully fenced with stockade fencing on three sides and black chainlink along the back. Very small dogs may be able to squeeze out the back gate along the woods line, so please pay close attention. The yard has tons of shade trees and you are welcome to sit on the deck while your dog explores. The pool is extra, so please consider this when booking. You can add the pool time if you look under "extras". The pool is also fully fenced. There are chairs in the pool area as well! We will provide dog towels - please hang them on the pool fence when you are done. People are welcome to swim, but please bring your own towels. We do have life jackets that you are welcome to use, but you may want to bring your own so you a sure it fits your dog. Please do not allow your dog to potty in the pool area. Kids are okay, but they must be under direct adult supervision (over 18) at all times. Please know, for everyone's safety, we do have cameras in the yard.

Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

Our yard is in a quiet neighborhood with a chain link full fence. There is a gate to enter on the left side of the garage. I have fresh water out for all bookings along with a pooper scooper and trash can. I will also fill up the kiddie pool upon request. There are many balls, ropes and chew toys available as well. There is also a cooler for the humans with refreshing beverages 🙂 Let your dog roam the whole yard including the patio, woodsy island and grass —- no area is off limits!

There is an 80 by 180 foot indoor riding arena that is completely enclosed with doors on both ends and lights. It is ideal for small group play, off leash, work, and general burning of energy year round. With the unprecedented temperatures and ice, it's an excellent place to play or work with your dog(s) There is a beautiful walk next to the river with a path that winds around the horse paddocks.
