Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. PLEASE do not allow your dog to play with the toys and tennis balls if they are known to destroy them. These are intended for the day camp dogs and I can't keep constantly replacing them out of pocket. The garbage can is to throw away poop only. Please also bring your own water. Please replace any toys that are destroyed by your dog.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.

we have an approximately 2500 ft.² fully insulated shop with some agility equipment (tunnels, a couple of jumps, some weave poles/cones, tires) in addition to some people toys (giant connect four, cornhole, beer-less pong, etc) There is a heater to use, just please remember to turn it off when you leave. Expect the space to be chilly in the winter.- but not rainy, wet, or muddy!!! Right now, it’s pretty bare bones; the floor is concrete with the exception of some mats under jumps, but we plan to use the proceeds from the Sniffspot to get more mats and improve on the space as quickly we are able!

Our dog had a great time! The place had enough activities to keep our dog (and us) nice and busy. The area is quiet and relaxing, it's very clean and organized, the fencing well secured, and there is helpful signage/instructions throughout. This is by far one of the best sniffspots I have been to! Everything was clean, clear signage posted, little training tips on cards attached to the agility equipment. We did not see or hear any horses, but there is a privacy screen along the fence where your dog may see them which is helpful! Our dogs absolutely loved it and we will for sure be back!

Every time we visit here, they have rearranged the agility equipment and new equipment. Lots of fun. Do something different every time. The place is very clean. We see horses time to time. My reactive Frisky Frenchtons are very comfortable seeing them and totally ignore them.

Had a great visit. You can run your dog or you can do the obstacle course and practise training with them. Forest has thought of everything. There’s even a couple of chuckits to use. There’s also seating for you and a little play area for small children.
