Part fake grass part real. The pool is cleaned 2 times a day. U can use the pool, but only 1 person. There are 2 chairs u can use to sit under the awning it's nice and shady. Backyard backs up against Briggsmore, but u usually tune it out.

Just stay in big backyard area. I check the fence all the time for issues because my dogs go out there and they are little. Sunscreen and towels on the table if needed.
