Let us know if you have any questions! 🐾🌿 All The Furry Details: 🔍 The backyard also has a covered porch with a table and chairs for relaxing while your friends probably do the opposite 😜 There are also a box of communal toys (Sniffspot only!) that are wiped/disinfected after each guest and some training treats & water to help yourself to. We have well water and provide snd encourage our guests to use distilled water for both themselves and dogs. There is and area near the garage with access to a hose if you need it. ✨ Perks: nice area to sit and relax or run around and play with your dog. Lit well at night, electricity outlet available. ‼️ Please note: there is only possible noise/sound distraction from the single side of this part of the property which is shared with a neighbour and their pooch. There are no other houses to our other side or surrounding. There IS a wood 6 ft privacy fence obscuring any view from said pup. If she is outside, she may want to run along the fenceline saying “hi!” for a few minutes (if she is outside and it’s a distraction our neighbours are very kind/easy to communicate with and we as hosts would be happy to extend any time lost to distraction. :-) She also sometimes likes to run up and down, back and forth the fenceline with our puppies if they’ll engage and does it playfully. ☺️ 🌖 It is also somehow both lit well in the immediate backyard at night while simultaneously being a few steps from seeing the stars shining bright! There are solar lights as well as motion sensor lights to guide you easily in and out! 🫶 This listing also includes access to an indoor splash area/wash off area for your pup!
