55Plenty of space, very clean. There's a dog next door who was a little agitated by our presence. Double fence on that side (privacy & chain link) so no risk of contact and they can't see each other. My dogs were pretty much able to ignore it, but if you have a pup that struggles at fences it could be a challenge. It's Michigan in springtime so expect some wet ground, but there was still plenty of space to throw the ball without hitting the wetter patches. Had a great time and will be back!Rachel M.
