1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW in July: We just added a small pool under the water park sprinkler play feature - perfect for beating the summer heat! Also, we added a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, two tunnels, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Large pasture, 1.5 acres fully fenced with field fencing. Very private location! Big pile of dirt (dogs love this), agility area for basic training. Plenty of room to roam and explore! If you have a dog you’d like to instinct test we can introduce them to our flock of sheep. 🐑 If you’d like to feed the sheep during your visit we provide food in the blue cooler near sheep shelter.

Big Open back yard, plenty of space to run and run. Some toys will be on hand if you'd like to play some fetch. Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.

This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. 4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.
