Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. Hi I'm Erika, I have a Goldendoodle named Polly, our sniffspot is located just 2 blocks from downtown Marshall-exact address provided upon reservation. We have a fenced in front and back yard (which can be separated by closing the side gate if you would rather only use the backyard). Polly will be kept inside and away from windows so you and your baby can have a fun and relaxing time. There is seating with shade on the front porch and seating on the back porch that you're welcome to use. As seen in pics there is also a blue tote next to the stairs in the backyard filled with water for squirt guns (provided), my dog loves to try to catch the water from the squirt guns. Make yourself at home. There is a basket on the patio table of things like hand sanitizer, bug spray, sun screen, Band-Aids (hopefully you don't need them but they're there just to be safe). Help yourself to anything you need. A water dish will also be provided which is washed after every reservation. Puppy pool can also be freshy filled for additional charge.

***We may have a few days blocked off soon during the summer to allow time for contractors to do work on the exterior of the house. This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children (or children at heart) to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. During the summer you may see neighbors out in their yards doing yard work. Hose is on for the season! It is out by the garden and we have moved the water bowl out that way too for easy refills while you are here.

Land purchased originally to build a home, some of it is a natural wetland/pond area so we are keeping it natural! No current seating area but working to improve for more pet friendly! The property line along I-69 is fenced, but the areas on the neighborhood side are not fenced so please be mindful of their property. Enjoy!

At the moment the fence needs some reinforcements for doggos that might try to escape, but adequate for pups and their parents that need a space to run and relieve!

We have 4 1/2 acres with short grass, 5 acres of field with several mowed hiking trails, and a smaller completely fenced in area. There is a pooper scooper available for the fenced in yard so you can deposit your dog’s poo in the edge of the woods. If you’re in the large yard or field you’ll need to bring your own poop bags. There is a small kiddie pool for your pooch and a couple of chairs available for watching your dog(s) in the small yard at this time.
