The yard is a spacious 0.18 acres with plenty of room for pups to run and play. The pool is dog-friendly and features side steps (which our own dogs use!) and built-in entry steps, plus a relaxing lounge area in the water. Yes, you’re more than welcome to swim with your pup! 🏊‍♀️ For safety, the pool has a max depth of around 5 feet, and we kindly ask that guests notify us after booking if they’re bringing 🚨 children who cannot swim🚨. At night, the pool lights up—you can choose a classic white glow or switch to a color-changing mode just tell us what you prefer after booking. Our patio lights also illuminate the yard for safe and fun nighttime visits. Whether you want to play frisbee, toss a ball, or just kick back, there’s something for everyone. If you’d prefer to stay dry, we have poolside seating as well as shaded spots on the patio. You’re also welcome to bring a speaker and enjoy your favorite music while you hang out. Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. Bring a towels and your cooler full of snacks and drinks, we'll provide an outdoor table, 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 2 mini fridges, some dog toys, a water hose (to fill up your dog bowl), power outlets, and a ton of fun! Unfortunately, human bathroom is not provided (working on that) so please remember to go before you come over. We have two dogs that will stay inside the home during your stay. They might bark occasionally but they will not be joining you. Be advised there is one security camera on the patio but as long as you're safe, not destructive, and not doing anything illegal, we aren't looking and we don't care what you do! You'll have 100% privacy from neighbors as well. You can park on the driveway gravel or on the street. Above all, have a fun!

My yard is free of any toxins; I use Epsom salt to keep the grass fresh. The grass is mowed and kept short, in fact, started to plant clover which is a natural nitrogen replenisher for the ground. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Alta Vista Park Off-leash Dog Park in Peoria, Arizona is a fully fenced enclosure where dogs can run off-leash. Dog owners must enter at their own risk and are responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their dogs. There are rules in place such as leashing dogs before entering and leaving, limiting two dogs per handler, and not allowing aggressive behavior.
