55The yard was HUGE!!! A tiny bit buggy, so maybe bring bug spray. Sara had an amazing sitting area with doggie bags, a couple toys, and a clean bowl for water. Walking the whole yard was very fun, lots of room for running and fetch. Will DEFINITELY be returning!Erik C.

55This was a great spot for my dogs! Just for anyone with a super reactive dog - we heard a neighborhood dog barking at one point and saw another neighbor’s dog once. To find the exit where it isn’t fenced your dog would literally have to be walking straight down/up the creek. Shouldn’t be a problem if you’re actively supervising! We’ll be back again.Alexandra F.

55This was our first time at a sniff spot and we loved it! Sara's property was beautifully maintained and she had a friendly little touch of milk bones and bottled water for our dog, Nova. Nova doesn't have a yard of her own and she was on cloud nine racing through the expansive property without a leash. We will make this a regular occurrence and our regular spot as we felt this was a perfect spot for our Nova!Kathryn L.

55This spot is beautiful and has a creek out back. There was a bowl with a fresh water bottle to pour in for the dogs. It got dark half way through our visit and the human running the spot offered us a light up collar so we could keep track of our dog. It was an excellent experince and we are already planning future visits! Stephanie F.

55We had fund playing with our pups at Wagging Tails Trails! The pups had a blast running and sniffing! The hosts were great and left a towel for us to wipe the pup’s muddy feet off with. Our littlest dog is an escape artist and she didn’t find any holes to get out through. I’m sure we will be back!Charissa M.

55This is a huge, beautiful space with lots of room for my big boy to run flat out. The snow just melted so there were some big puddles and mud in places. According to Sammy, this should earn them a sixth star. The owners left us toys and fresh water. Sam had an absolute blast and I highly recommend. Shannon D.

55Our pup had a BLAST at this Sniffspot! It was definitely a little muddy in spots but we were adequately warned by the owner with plenty of time to bring towels and be prepared! The space is great and our pup loved exploring “wilderness” while we felt great know it was fenced and she was safe :)Kate B.

FAQ about our Irondequoit dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
