***We may have a few days blocked off during the summer to allow time for contractors to do work on the exterior of the house. Soon the road will be closed to replace the water main. I will block those days off when I have specifics from the city. This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children (or children at heart) to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. During the summer you may see neighbors out in their yards doing yard work. Hose is on for the season! It is out by the garden and we have moved the water bowl out that way too for easy refills while you are here.

Hay field open area is available all the way to back of property, full 13 acres! Alpacas will be seen. These are located to the right and is not fenced. Parking is immediately to the right in the grass. There are two fully fenced pastures to run free inside(2acres) to the left of driveway. Welcome to Sun Creek Farm, an all natural, Pollinator friendly wildlife area. We have over 30 acres of natural, unfenced area for you and your dogs to walk and play. We have just over a mile of natural walking paths including grassy areas, open fields and wooded spaces. We have a couple different seating areas and lots of spots with shade. We do have a natural, untreated pond and shallow creek on property. Our property We love all dogs, but please only allow, well mannered, well trained, recall ready dogs off leash. Non-fenced in somewhat isolated property off a dirt road so very little car traffic. Large open space on a hill with long grass for dogs to get lots of exercise on. There is a creek which dogs can use but please stay on grass side of creek because the bridges are in disrepair. There may be wildlife (deer, turkeys) around.
