55This was our first time going to a sniffspot and Karen set the bar high! The property was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The visit was private and we didn’t see any other dogs, animals, or people. Karen’s hospitality was also incredible - it had rained the day before and she sent us a note to say she’d leave our towels. Not only that but she also provided treats, a ton of toys, waste bags, water, and first aid supplies. Definitely recommend this spot!Juliet G.

55The yard was big and had several enriching aspects: trees (which we hid some of the toys Karen provided in for our dog to sniff out and find), leaf piles, and lots of land in view where squirrels, birds, and geese could be seen/heard. Karen was kind enough to provide a bin of toys, towels, plentiful water, and even had a baggie of treats for Bilbo! There is an emphasis here on making the guest and dog comfortable. We will definitely be back!Jessica B.

55Excellent very clean space. More than enough room for the dogs to run around. Plenty of toys and towels were provided. For those with reactive dogs we didn’t see or hear any other dogs the whole hour we were there. Will definitely be visiting again! Hugh H.

55My two Aussies are absolutely exhausted after an hour of playing and sniffing here! Highly recommend. It was a pretty location with a secure tall fence, with toys, water, treats and waste bags provided. Didn’t see any people or dogs, and was pretty well isolated from things that would easily trigger reactive pups. I loved getting to see my dogs get to be dogs in a safe environment.
My dogs had a blast! Thank you! Jenna M.

55Took my two pups to play yesterday and they had a blast! Karen has all the essentials for an enjoyable time - toys, poop bags, water bowl, benches, and even dog treats! Very secure, with lots of space for my pups to run. The trees will be awesome shade for warmer days and we can’t wait for the kiddie pool! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!Kim H.

55My first sniff spot experience and absolutely exceeded expectations. The owner went above and beyond to have everything we could possibly need out and a big bowl of water which my dogs loved! There's nothing I would change about my experience! Casserole and Wall-E can't wait to come back! Samantha D.

FAQ about our Jerseyville dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
