We are a small hobby farm that is on a private lake. We have fencing around the perimeter of the property. We have some woods as well as a few open areas. All our animals are fenced in. Nice spot on a dead end road with good space between neighbors.

Birch Point Farm

This is an old farm, partly in production. Always pre-arrange a visit, no drop-ins. Great for curious explorers, great for dogs who respond well to verbal commands. NOT good for bolters or chicken-chasers. Lots of room to run, play frisbee/fetch, some areas fine for digging. Please help us deter deer😊

Kulrich Property

This is our private home on 10 acres. The property has a ton of trees, wildlife, and a creek. We are exactly one mile down the road from Biers Brewery (dog friendly) and across from a farm. We are located in the country but less than 7 minutes from down town. Very low traffic area. We have private parking and an 8 month old fully vaccinated St. Bermastiff that loves to play (if your dog likes to also) or we can arrange for private use.
