There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. We have a large backyard surrounded by a privacy fence with a separate chain link gate access from driveway. There is lots of room to roam, with plenty of seating. Toys, water, Gatorade, hose, poop bags, and towels available for use. There is a wading pool, fireplace and fire pit available, all for an extra fee. Feel free to park in the driveway. Please clean up after your dog(s) and please close the chain link gate when you leave.

It’s a beautifully landscaped yard with mulch, grass, River rock, apple trees, flower garden & more. During warm weather we have furniture to sit on under a pergola. Parking is in a cul de sac. Also Our 42 lb lab mix loves to play if you are looking to make a friend. Please close gate upon leaving. ENJOY!
