Compared to other properties within a 45 minute radius, which show dead grass, dirt, or just a patio, this spot is great for water loving dogs and/or dogs that want to retrieve, or multiple dogs who want to play. There is grass on either side of the pool and it does get quite sloshy after a lot of swimming, so be sure to bring shoes you don't mind getting messy if you have a dog that likes to swim! Plenty of places to sit, lots of large shade trees and a patio if you want to stay out of the sun, and easy to find entry. The photos are accurate in regards to what to expect. I stay with my folks when visiting the area, and this was a welcomed break from their desert landscaping.

We had a great time!! Very easy to find with a helpful sign, and anything you could want for your dog. Very clean and comfortable to sit and watch your pup run around. We love it, and will be back!!

Nice place that's easy to find. Large safe yard that's clean with plenty of places to sit and relax or play with your pup. I liked the side entrance which was perfect and easy for entry and unloading/loading. There were toys provided and he even found a nice treat 😁 Thank you from me and my little Beastie 😁🐾

Mermaid Cove was an absolute pups dream! We brought our three dogs and they had a total blast and played non stop in the sun! Tracy was such an awesome host and was very communicative and friendly, which really made us comfortable and want to return soon. The little toy basket, multiple fresh water bowls already out and ready for us, clean towels, and all the above were such great accommodations to have, we are so grateful!

We had a wonderful visit! Chyrle messaged me and gave me simple instructions to get to the pool area. The pool is large and clean. The area is so quiet and peaceful. My dog swam and jumped in the pool many, many times chasing his ball. We had a great time!

Great space! Easy to find! Big pool and plenty of space to relax and watch the dogs swim! Chyrle was super friendly and helpful! Towels were left to dry off Maui after she swam. It was the perfect place for her swim off some energy and run around! There are swim toys if your kids tag along and chairs to sit or layout and play fetch! The location is quiet and perfect if you’re looking for a nice peaceful morning or evening play date! Maui didn’t want to leave so I guess that means we’ll definitely have to go back!

I highly recommend this AMAZING Sniffspot! The backyard oasis was very clean and such a beautiful setting. The host provided water bowls that were filled with fresh water, balls and 🐾waste bags. This pool was so fun and our puppy had a great time!! It was her first time ever swimming and the ledge allowed her to ease her way in and made it so fun!! Great communication from the host as well - and the view from the backyard 🤩The perfect way to spend your Sunday morning!

The entire experience was exceptional. Audra communicated well. The gate with the Sniffspot sign was easily accessible. The pool and outside area are beautiful and so comfortable.
