Top of the Mountain Dog Retreat

Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) almost 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade- it is in almost full shade after 5pm in the summer months. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones. We also provide fresh spring water & treats! Feel free to pick blueberries on our four large bushes in August/September.

We have a beautiful 250 acres with open fields and beautiful trails through our woods, we have a farm, vacation rental house and Glamping on site on property, please respect other hikers and campers. Please have dogs on leash when near the farm, house and tents to keep everyone safe. The 200 acres with trails is on the barn side of the road. Entrance is left side of barn, a dirt driveway leads to the stream and you can cross there for the trails throughout the 200 acre side. The 50 acres with a 10 acre field is across from the house and up the hill, great for training purposes or if you’d like you pup to run free with a beautiful view! Unfortunately health problems slowed us down and we had to find homes for them ☹️ We are left with foul and the whole 1 1/2+ acres is left with nothing but aged manure for the garden. It breaks my heart to see this field just waisted, I so would love to see it go to something productive and positive!!!
