Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. Perfectly level, no ditches, nearly all fenced in, except on both sides of the house towards the water as the pictures demonstrate. Nice water view too! Great place for dogs to run, play catch and enjoy the fresh air off leash. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes in the yard. PARKING proceed up the driveway to the very end where the asphalt turns into gravel - continue straight all the way to the end of the gravel to park. Try not to drive over the cobblestone edging please.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

When you book, we will ask for your full name and contact information in case of any incidents. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you are unwilling to provide this information. There are dogs and cats in the home. They will not be out during your reserved time. They may be audible or visible though through windows. Do not book if you have an unsocialized dog that cannot be around strangers. We have people visiting the property regularly and cannot plan around your visit. No one will bother you but we want to be transparent that you’re not visiting some isolated area with no activity. Do not allow your dog off-leash outside of the fenced-in area. There are cameras all over the property. Please be advised that you consent to being video recorded if you enter the property. You must park on the street. No parking in our driveway. Please make requests for Dog bowls or towels or treats (or anything else) prior to your booking and we will try to accommodate your requests. The spot is not scooped or cleaned by the owners. If you arrive and there is poop, scoop it if you do not want yourself or your dog to step in poop. Scoop up your own dog’s poop prior to leaving as well. We will not tolerate reviews about cleanliness of the spot as we are being very clear beforehand that the owners do not go out and scoop the spot for visitors. The spot is in a quiet neighborhood and there are two gates. The fence is well-secured and has been visited and enjoyed by hundreds of dogs over the years. No dog has ever escaped and the area is really fun for throwing a ball around or training your pet. We appreciate you reading this information and hope to host you soon.

Grass cut very often, dogs have free rain of the back yard, there is nothing that will harm them, birds and squirrels love to visit the back yard. I will have all dog supplies and toys in the shed. You are welcome to take and use what you want. Just please return to its location once finished.

Hello and woof! My yard is on the small side, but pups from 10-120 lbs have zoomed around to their heart's content! 🐾 Pawmenities include lots of dog toys, complimentary dog treats, dog-friendly lounging furniture on the patio, plus a deck with table & chairs for 6+ humans to enjoy a picnic. 🐾 Kiddie pool with access to water or ball pit balls are available upon request for that perfect instagram photo op! 🐾 If your pup needs a place to run, relax, or just get out of the house for awhile, come on over! 🐾 The yard is fully fenced, and there is parking for several cars in my circular driveway. 🐾

Our backyard is a dog heaven equipped with an acre of playing space, a large koi pond with lots of fish, fire pit which is available for use and plenty of parking we hope to meet you and your dog, doggy bags toys and water hose available to keep your pup happy! We are located right off the Merritt Pkwy so if you need a pit stop for your dogs during a long drive our house is the perfect stop! We are happy to provide refreshments and snacks for you as well!
