We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

This place was great for my 8 month old Melanois, she’s still learning how to climb and jump hurdles so the setup was perfect for her to practice. The yard is large and I was able to take a couple of breaks in between practices and just run around with her. This place was a good fit.

This was my first time using Sniffspot. Vickie’s property is ABOVE AND BEYOND anything you’d ever expect or want for your dog(s). When I first walked in with my foster pup, there was the sweetest personalized welcome sign. The whole yard is protected to ensure your pup has no way to escape which gave me so much comfort. Not only does Vickie care about your furbaby having a great time, but there are so many goodies for the human guests as well…which was so thoughtful. The yard is extremely well kept and huge! There’s even an outdoor sink to wash your hands. Vickie has thought of everything and has made her back property such an oasis for those that don’t have yards for their dog(s). One of my favorite parts was the toy locker where you can pay for any new toy(s) for your dog to play. Don’t forget to take some photos in the Photo Booth area before you leave! It is beautiful that people like vicki open their fenced yards to private people with reactive dogs. Our new rescue girl Millie had a literal blast! she’s recovering from teeth surgery and really needed a spot she could be safe in while we re-socialize her down the road, and she felt so safe to run around and be happy. The yard was well taken care of and Vicki had so many toys and cool items in the yard, in addition to the coffee station and the little storefront! Very kind owners here and even wrote a welcome sign 😊 I wish i had taken photos rather than videos to post here, but we were able to throw her chuckit ball and stick perfectly!
