The property was very clean and our Shepherds and Huskies had a ball running through the property. There are a few ponds on the property ao be mindful of that. One of my Shepherds decided to take full advantage! We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Such a neat property! Our dogs loved every second. The trails and paths are hilly so be prepared for a workout, but they are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication with easily understood available areas. It’s a lot like being at the Cincinnati Nature Center except obviously my dog was off leash. We went down the hill then along the RR tracks into the woods. It was a good workout walking back up the hill. Then we went into the woods by the house until it was time to go. I was exhausted! Beautiful walk though.

We had a great time! We looped down the mowed trails and back up through the woods twice and took a couple breaks to watch the goats from a distance. There are a couple spots in the woods where it was a little hard to tell where the path was, but overall they were mostly easy to follow.

We had a blast!! I always find a tick or two on my pups after adventuring through the woods and fields so make sure you’re prepared to check your dogs after their adventure :) The full trail loop can be strenuous at parts so bring fresh water for your pups to drink! Two of my more adventurous rascals decided to plunge in the muddy green and black pond before I could stop them and I had to suffer the consequences 😂 if you have swimmers like me just stay a little farther from the pond until the construction is done, my mistake is absolutely avoidable! They had the time of their lives playing on all the obstacles and chasing eachother through tunnels, my puppies favorite is the tug rope and dig pit! We’ll be back!

What a great spot! Lots of places to explore, my dogs really enjoyed it. There are farm animals and dogs, but everyone was closed up in their respective pens so no issues and they’re easy to avoid.

I love how there were clear directions on where to park and flags to show which way to go. My dog had so much room to explore and run around. She usually doesn’t last long at traditional parks but she spent a good time exploring here. Thank you!

Great space! We're actually taking our dogs from Michigan to Tennessee and this spot was exactly half way. It was perfect to allow the pups to stretch and get worn out again for part two of the drive. Plenty to sniff and explore. Great woods which wore the pups out and the field where we ended with fetch. Glad this was here for us.

Such a great spot, one I compare all other sniff spots to! Always well kept. I had an issue with accidentally scheduling for the wrong day and the owner was kind enough to give me a discount next time I visit! Definitely a place I recommend to anyone in need of a good private hike!

We had an AMAZING time here and will definitely be back. Easy to find, it’s easily marked where to park and where to go when you get there, along with good directions from the owner. We had the perfect off leash hike through the woods, nice trails and quiet. I have absolutely no complaints at all and am thankful to the owner for opening their space for others to enjoy. It’s a beautiful piece of land!

Great spot with plenty of room for fetch! Unfortunately it started raining pretty hard right when we got there so we didn’t stay long. Pups had a blast anyway!

Lovely big yard with a nice high, secure fence - perfect for fetch and running. The owner communicated that she had cleaned up the yard prior to my visit and that was true - things were very clean! My dog had a wonderful time running free and playing with no worries. I am so grateful to have had this day. She also LOVED one of the tug toys that was there! I have a big dog, but a small dog might be able to sneak out through a few gaps under the fence, just a heads up. The owner tried to block most of them. The neighbor’s dog barked when we first arrived but we never saw it once we got into the backyard - it was super quiet back there. Great communication from the owner and I will definitely book again!

James was a great host for our dogs and us The neighborhood was quiet and yard was plenty spacious for our two little dogs to run around. James provided us with everything we needed. Even had water for the dogs and bug spray ready on the table for us when we got there. Plenty of toys for the dogs to play with as well. Overall the yard was great. We didn't notice any holes in the fence. There were two mole mounds but that didn't bother our dogs much. Grass was well maintained. One of the neighbor's dog did come out in the morning and started barking which triggered our dogs to bark a little, but I can't fault James for that. Dogs need to come out and pee in the morning. Great location, will come again.

Spot was lovely for playing fetch and letting my dog sniff - he had a great time! Spot was clean and had water/bowl and bug spray available, plus a bucket and pooper scooper clearly marked. The time went by way too fast! The neighbor’s dog did come out and bark at the shared fence. My dog was unbothered, but still good information to know, and the listing disclosed this so can’t complain. We would love to book again!

Once again James and his yard were great. I was late arriving, but I told James I’d leave on time and James said to go ahead and take my full hour. His yard is great and he had water out. We love this spot.
