The space is nice- as a heads up we did have someone try and enter with their off leash dog while were there, and they got all the way in the gate before we realized what was happening. I raised it with the host and I’m sure they took steps to make sure it won’t happen again but it was a scary moment as our dog doesn’t do well with strangers, i don’t think it was the host’s fault though (hence the still 5 stars) accidents happen

This was my first experience, so I cannot compare it to anything else officially SniffSpot. Ludwig loved this yard. He ran up and down and round, and he took lots of shaded breaks (with the Nashville summer upon us, the incredible trees in the yard provide some nice respite). It was easy to find the home and to enter on my own. Their gate is spectacular, as is their tall private fence. There are a couple of dogs and a small child next door, which I got nervous about because Lu can get really laser-focused on reacting to dogs and people. But the sweet neighbor child told us hello on repeat, and only one neighbor dog barked. We could not really see either of them well. I think it was actually kinda good exposure for him. The yard has gorgeous plants lining the fence. I’m afraid my dog who was quite concerned about next door kept running through the plants. It was lovely to see the names of each plant on the fence. I’m a fan.

Perfect and a beautiful yard! This is what every Sniffspot should aspire to be! The tall wooden fence makes it private and cozy. It was quiet and it doesn’t even feel like you’re so close to the heart of downtown Nashville. It’s perfect for escape artists (very important to me!) and impeccably clean. It was fully fenced with absolutely no gaps whatsoever for small or big dogs. I walked the whole fence. My dog loved it and I also appreciated the chairs we sat in while our dog played. I didn’t see or hear any other dogs/animals or people from the spot. While we didn’t meet the owner, she is friendly and responsive to messages. She even made this cute little sign welcoming us to the Sniffspot! There was a ton of street parking available so parking is not intimidating. No need to worry about parallel parking or finding a spot. I just pulled right up to the house by the curb and the gate was so easy to use. This is a top spot. I love how they only require 1 hours notice here and it’s so quick and easy to book. The rate is reasonable so I’ll be sure to bring back my furry friends. Your dogs will love it! I highly recommend this Sniffspot! ☺️

We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.
