Welcome to Moo Moo Mesa! We are a 50-acre family owned/operated farm, with roughly 10 acres available for prime sniffs! The property: *Watch for Tractors* We are a working farm, and a tractor will come through 2-3/day to tend to the cows. Moo Moo Mesa is a unique farm space with a small pond/wetland area, butterfly way station, coniferous trees, farm field, and cows all connected by groomed trails! The trails are passable by foot or vehicle at all times, but not groomed on a regular schedule. The pond is mucky, but swimable for dogs so please use at your own discretion! Please respect marked boundary signs on trails. Cows: THE ELECTRIC FENCE IS HOT, THE GATES ARE NOT! Please feel free to walk up to the pasture gates anytime, the cows love visitors! They are very docile and curious, much like dogs. They are used to dogs being around, and are completely unbothered by four-legged friends saying hi 🥰

Take your dog to our homestead and rest in our shaded studio while your dog can explore, sniff, and play in our 10,000 sqft fully fenced pasture. You and your dog(s) will have the pasture to yourselves during your booking. Parking under our carport is for you. To get to the Sniff Spot after parking: 1) Take your leashed dog to the path to the right of our home. Dogs must be leashed to and from your car to the pasture. 2) Once you approach the greenhouse/hoophouse, take the trail to the right and you will see a latched gate. 3) Enter the gate and close it behind you, ensuring it is latched. 4) Let your dog free! 5) Please pick up after your dog. You can dispose of your doggy bag at the brown trash can at Kennedy and our gravel driveway. 6) Please ensure gate is fully latched when you enter and leave. In addition, if you keep your dog leashed, feel free to hike the small network of trails due south of the greenhouse during your visit.

15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features an 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish.

FYI - Bring water. The spigot was turned off for the season. Our requests: 1) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 2) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare. 3) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage Grandfather Oak (Tree) that's over 200 years old! Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 6:30pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Our home is situated on an acre lot with over half the property fully fenced in the backyard. There is plenty of room to run and play with your fur babies! We have chairs and a table available for you to sit and relax while your pet gets their energy out. Our small covered deck allows you shade from the sun or rain, while still being able to interact with your pup. Kids allowed as we have a playscape and many outdoor toys. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. New to the spot are solar lights. These light up the seating area at night, so feel free to book those cool fall evenings 🍁 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter. Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane.

🌳🌲Welcome to Wynshire Woods! 🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. Wynshire Woods includes over a mile of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 49 acre property is nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the bottom of our driveway. We have over a mile of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail is about a mile long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The short trail is closer to 1/3-1/2 miles and takes around 25 minutes to walk. We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property, and wildlife and farm animals are abundant. Because we have free range chickens and goats up near our home, all dogs must be leashed or on a long line. Part of the trail does go past our fenced goat area. Any dogs who enter our farm area and hurt or traumatize animals will be fined. We do have 4 dogs who are contained to an invisible fence which does not have access to the trails. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 We are going into hunting season, and will be closed on the weekends so my husband can hunt. I will make sure any additional days he’s hunting I have the spot blocked off. For extra precaution (because there are properties neighboring us that people hunt), dogs should be kept on leash through hunting season (Oct 1-Dec 31). I’ve also purchased 2 orange dog vests that I’ll hang up in the hay barn/hut by the parking area that you can use while walking. (You may want to wear an orange hat as well). Just to be clear- no one will be hunting on our property when the trail has open days. I just want to be extra cautious because there are fields/woods outside our property that people do hunt. 😁.

We currently have two dogs, a Saint Bernard and a golden retriever who absolutely love to run around and be care free. We moved from a super small apartment with them both not being able to burn off all the energy that they have to now being too tired to play once we come inside. We’d love to share this with you and hope that your dog enjoys it just as much as they do.

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

If you're lucky you will spot a deer or two in the cornfield that borders the trails. We have 2 of our own dogs that will not bother you or your dog while youre on your hike. The trails are in the front of our property so you wont be bothered at all by us or our pets. We can't wait for you to try (and LOVE) our trails!
