Oct 1 2025 Update - It’s hunting season, and we are closing October and November 2025 as a precaution. We don’t want a stray hunting dog to interfere with someone’s Sniffspot time. So we made the decision to close for 2 months. We’re sorry, it was a tough decision, but think it’s best. We promise - We’ll reopen in December 2025. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.
