We own over .5 extra acres between our house and the river. There is a fresh water spring between the lots. Open fields, wild flowers, clover patches, a stream, marsh, sticks, mulch, wild berries, and lots of privacy. Upon request: hammock, chair, dog toys, kiddie pool, sand, snacks, and treats. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.

The front yard and left side yards available. If I’m home I will allow access to Wi-Fi and restroom. If you get thirsty I have drinks. I have filtered water for the dogs. There is a water hose and kiddie pool. Be sure to turn water off if used. You can do anything you want as long as you’re responsible and respectful. I have a 14year old Australian Shepherd. The address is 2082 Scuffletown Rd. The site will not acknowledge my address instead it picks up my neighbor’s across the street.
