Prepare you and your pups for a day in paradise. Welcome yourselfs to a fully fenced yard, located right on Browns pond, in Peabody. This space is highly maintained and the lawn will always be cut, there is plenty of space for you and your pups to run free and feel themselves. If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

Franklin Dog Park

Located at 700 Lincoln Street in Franklin, Massachusetts, the Franklin Dog Park is a fully-fenced enclosure where dogs can roam off-leash. With a list of strict rules in place for the safety of both dogs and their owners, the park requires all dogs to be licensed, healthy, and well-behaved. Returning renters can use code TRAINYERDOG for a discount too 😉 To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage and park in the grass along the fence line of the field. *This spot is first and foremost an agility field! There is equipment setup as seen in the photos pretty much all the time. You do not need to be an agility whiz to rent- if you are looking for a quiet, safely enclosed space to let your dog have some off leash time, you are more than welcome here! But do note that it is not just a flat wide open space meant for free running. If your dog has never done agility, do not force them onto any obstacle. Reward them for investigating things, but if they seem wary of something best not let them have a bad time or potentially get hurt bailing off of a higher obstacle like the a-frame or dogwalk. Please do NOT change the height of any jumps unless you know how to do so CORRECTLY! Do not attempt to move or change the height of any tunnels, the teeter, weave poles, or contact obstacles. Leave things the way you found them, and if you’re interested in learning about agility see the last slide in the photos 😉 and please no humans (children included) on or inside of ANY of the obstacles! They are not meant to bear the weight of a human, and they are expensive to replace if damaged. AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Keep your dogs leashed for safety when entering/exiting the agility field as the rest of the property is not fully fenced. Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of my fenced in back yard closest to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Clean up after your dogs please! Stay safe, have fun, and happy sniffing 🐽

We have well water and provide snd encourage our guests to use distilled water for both themselves and dogs. There is and area near the garage with access to a hose if you need it. ✨ Perks: nice area to sit and relax or run around and play with your dog. Lit well at night, electricity outlet available. ‼️ Please note: there is only possible noise/sound distraction from the single side of this part of the property which is shared with a neighbour and their pooch. There are no other houses to our other side or surrounding. There IS a wood 6 ft privacy fence obscuring any view from said pup. If she is outside, she may want to run along the fenceline saying “hi!” for a few minutes (if she is outside and it’s a distraction our neighbours are very kind/easy to communicate with and we as hosts would be happy to extend any time lost to distraction. :-) She also sometimes likes to run up and down, back and forth the fenceline with our puppies if they’ll engage and does it playfully. ☺️ 🌖 It is also somehow both lit well in the immediate backyard at night while simultaneously being a few steps from seeing the stars shining bright! There are solar lights as well as motion sensor lights to guide you easily in and out! 🫶 This listing also includes access to an indoor splash area/wash off area for your pup! Birkys Fully Fenced Private Play Yard For Dogs

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby.
