My Sniffspot is just south of I-94 and across from Lower Nemahbin Lake access. You will see a foster care sign at the end of the driveway. The address is 1635 North Sawyer Road. It is well-marked. We do have beehives (located near the barn), fenced ducks & chickens (not visible from the field), and barn cats that wander the area. One rooster free ranges but he and none of the other animals will approach you or your dogs. You may also see deer or wild turkeys. Because we want all of these animals, including your dogs to be safe, please keep dogs on leash when outside the field and be in control of them at all times. The private dog park has 3 agility jumps, 1 short tunnel, and miniature weave poles. Feel free to adjust any of the jumps to fit your dog(s)' jump height. You can also create your own agility course! The park provides a cot, three chairs, some toys, and 2 throwing sticks. The Toys are located on top of a purple bin and there are more toys inside of the bin you can take out! A hose/sprinkler is provided in the summer! More agility equipment will be added in the spring/summer. There is plenty of space to let your furry friend run free! Please note: I am a high school student and my parents are letting me maintain the Sniffspot to earn money. Therefore, I may not be able to respond to messages right away if I am in class, but I will try my best!

Welcome to our backyard! We pride ourselves on having a fun and enriching space for own pups and would like to share that experience with you! Here’s what we offer for dogs: 2 doggy pools, a sprinkler, a slide, agility cones, and a tunnel! Our yard is full sun, but we can set up a netted gazebo upon request either over the picnic table or off of the side to offer some shade. The entire fence is 6ft: with 3 sides that are wood for privacy and one side that is chain link (that views our interior yard). The chain link interior wall also has the door to enter the yard. This fence is escape proof for both small and large breeds. All breeds are welcome :)

Here at Cedar Dale Pet Resort we have been caring for your four-legged family members since 1981 and now we are offering you a whole new experience- the opportunity to enjoy our recently remodeled Private Puppy Playground! Fun is sure to ensue in a fully fenced natural grass play yard filled with numerous obstacles and various play equipment for the ultimate enriching experience! Zoom through tires, climb on spools, and run down slides. Lay in the grass under the shade of a tree or dig in the sand. Seating for the human family, waste scoop & receptacle are provided. Complimentary wade-pool and towels will be made available upon request. Currently hours of availability for our Private Puppy Playground are generally when our guests are napping or inside the resort eating so no need to be worried about other dogs interfering with your pup’s outing. During the summer months when the weather is nice and our guest volume is high, we may have dogs outside in the other yards midday, but we will not utilize the yard next to the Private Puppy Playground during Sniffspot reservations. Other daytime hours may be available upon request, but we ask that you contact the resort directly for scheduling those times. Additional services including daycare play groups, overnight boarding, nail trims, bathing, and full grooming services, as well as professional training are also available.

As a former owner of a dog who appreciated space and privacy away from other people and dogs, I welcome you to our fully-fenced in backyard where you and your dog/s can sniff, run, and play without having to worry about seeing other dogs. During warm weather, feel free to use the kiddie pool in the grassy area of the yard. Please dump out water in the grass and return to the hose spigot when you're done using it. Sophie's space was great: well-maintained, easy to find (not far from the highway), with a garbage can and poop bags provided in the fenced-in area. My dog was able to wander around pleasantly and there are spots of both shade and sun with Adirondack chairs provided as well.

Well we sure over packed! No need to bring anything at all! Toys, poop bags, and a little garbage can were provided. Even a water bowl and jug of water for our fur baby as well as a sitting area for us humans if needed, with 3 comfy lawn chairs. The area was clean, well kept and easy to find! We will definitely be regulars!

This was the first time we visited a Sniff Spot. Kona did a lot of sniffing!! She really had a fun time. We walked the fence perimeter with her leash on. No holes or gaps. Kona is 55lbs. Just wonderful smells and the chance to run free. I saw a Bald Eagle fly over head. Kona heard some chickens. She couldn't see them, though. The water bowl was clean and a gallon of water was next to the bowl. We definitely will be back!

Sophie’s Pet Paradise was a great time for my pups! This is the first time I’ve ever used Sniffspot and I’ll definitely be returning! Sophie’s spot was easy to find and access. There were poop bags, a waste bin, toys (balls, ball launchers, frisbees, tug toys), a cot, a kiddie pool, agility bars, and water/bowl provided. There were also three chairs in a nice shady spot. My two dogs loved sniffing around and rolling in the grass! I’m so thrilled that my one reactive dog got to experience a carefree, off-leash adventure with her bestie! Thanks so much, Sophie! We’ll be back!!

The pups had a great time! Such a peaceful space with so much wildlife for them to look at and sniff. There were a few newborn bunnies that are near the northwest corner of the space right under the fencing that one of my dogs attempted to get before I saw what it was and stopped him. You can find the nest by all of the rabbit fur surrounding it. The pups always love coming here and the host is very helpful with great communication.

We will be back. Nice flat, open field with decent grass and partial shade. Very clean; looks like the owner cares that everyone enjoys the spot. Comfy chairs for people and good toys for dogs. We didn’t use it, but there’s a kiddie pool that looks like it could be filled on hot days.

As a city girl, I was originally mildly concerned about there being dogs, other animals, and bees visible/audible in the area as my dog is not used to those noises and she can be nervous/anxious in new environments. On our visit, there were no visible animals, except a wild Turkey outside of the fence in the trees. Chicken and turkeys noises were heard periodically during the visit but no dogs visible or heard, and only saw one bee even though the hives were visible from the field area. Space was as described; field maintained, sunny with spots of shade, gate/fence well maintained, toys and equipment available in good condition and clean, water jug with metal bowl and hose, waste station, and chairs. Entrance was well marked, very private and felt safe. Looking forward to returning.

This is THE place to take your dog. It’s simply wonderful. A bit of shade, a wide open space for your dog to run, toys, and water. Even poop bags and garbage. My dog and me LOVED it. We will be back!
