Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Please be advise that our fence is not private, so you will occasionally find either neighbors and or loose animals within the vicinity. Any comments and or concerns, please let me know. A sweet little trail for you and your pup

Enjoy this 3 acre lot. Approx 1 acre in front is flat. The rest of the property is a private wooded area. Not fenced. The private wooded area has some incline.

We are currently building a house at the back of the property and construction equipment is in and out. Guests/dogs are able to roam the front part of the property. There is a fence separating the property from Maple Springs Road. We do have a 6 month old black lab and our neighbors have a couple dogs and multiple farm animals (sheep/horses) separated from our property by a fence. This is only available before planting and after harvest due to crops being planted.

We offer an affordable fun time for your pet while traveling. We offer our space to folks who don't have the ability to let their pets be free for a while.

This is a gorgeous area that you can let your dog roam and play! Though the lot is fully fenced it’s fenced with cow fencing, so if your dog is going to be trying to escape it may not be the best spot for you. Though the fencing is a deterrent it will not keep in a determined dog! Here you can use the agility course and peaceful nature to enjoy all that Tennessee has to offer!

there are 2 ways to get to this 5 acre field. there is nothing but trees a pond, rolling hills, mostle fenced in. there were horses that stayed in that field but hasnt been really touched in 6 years, other than bush hogging at least every other year. you can also access this property from center point acres road. you can pull in and close the gate behind you. its beautiful back there. the pond isnt knee deep. I put catfish in it to clean it up a bit but it wasnt deep enough. my dogs walk right thru it...lol

Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.
