55My dog Leena loved her time at bushel barks. So much space to run with plenty of tree coverage and small trails throughout the wooded area. Cold water was available for her since she went through the 2 bottles I brought 🥹🐶 we encountered one beagle dog being walked outside the fence area. My dog Leena loved her time at bushel barks. So much space to run with plenty of tree coverage and small trails throughout the wooded area. Cold water was available for her since she went through the 2 bottles I brought 🥹🐶 we encountered one beagle dog being walked outside the fence area. Leena of course had to follow them the whole way back to their house (so sorry folks!) we will definitely be back!!

55Very nice morning to bring the pups out. It was raining gently but being in the trees, you hardly noticed it. We love it here, our dogs never want to leave. Even with all the rain we had the day before, it was still pleasant with some water running through one part in the back. Do not miss out on this spot, it's a beautiful one.Molly F.

55Bushel Barks is SUCH a great place to visit. Imagine you are in a woods AND a park at the same time and you dog has 6+ acres to run and explore and sniff. Even in 90 degree heat, Bushel Barks has PLENTY of shade to offer your dogs, even if they are black-furred like our Great Dane, Penny. Lots of places for humans to relax in chairs in the woods or near the front gate. We always pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the shaded picnic table while Penny does her thing. Worth visiting! 55Visiting the area and was so nice to be able to take my pups somewhere they could run around off-leash. Open space for fetch, etc. and wooded space for exploring. Had trash can for poop bags and a couple chairs for the humans. Really great spot, highly recommend! Will be back whenever we’re in the area!Megan R.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
