We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

We loved carols setup. Everything you could want was there. Doggy doo bags. Trash cans, water and a bowl, multiple places to sit, toys, treats, fire hydrants for dogs to check out and ambiance, agility equipment, impeccable fencing and even a wasp and fly trap we saw hung up so the space is very free of those. She came out and stayed long enough for our younger dog to calm down and have a good introduction.

Great spot to let my dog run! He is a rescue that missed out on early socialization, so this place was perfect for off-leash training! There were a couple other dogs that came near the fence, but they came from another field and crossed a road (something that no host would be able to control). However, fencing was great, I wasn't concerned, and it actually helped with distraction training.

What a perfect spot; our dogs had a blast. The fence was completely secure all the way around, so I was never worried about them getting out, and there was an ample supply of water, treats, and toys. I am not sure that a property owner could get better and do more for dog people than Carol. Her fence is excellent, she mowed around the perimeter for walking, there are chairs and benches to sit on, she supplies water and in the bench are toys. This place is very well thought out. The fencing is very secure, it’s a lot of room but not too much. Fresh clean water provided, toys, sitting areas, bags for you to clean up! It’s very clean. The owners are two of the nicest people Ive ever met. I spent (too long if you ask my dog haha) a while talking to the owner! It’s very evident she loves dogs and they put a lot into making a safe area! I have two pit bulls and because of their breed I’ve always been scared to take them to a dog park because I know it will always be their fault if anything happens. So this private dog park gives me piece of mind. ! Thank you so much! We will be frequent flyers!!!

This was a great experience. It was our first and because the dogs had such a great time (my children as well) it won’t be our last. Our sweet host came out to introduce herself briefly and to make sure we had found where are the supplies were. Treats, towels, toys, etc., it evident that the owners love dogs! My Golden Retriever and Chocolate Lab were wore out in the allotted time slot and slept peacefully the whole 45 minute car ride home. I will definitely be back, I’m thinking maybe dusk, date night?

This is a really fantastic secure place for dogs that have dog aggression and socialization skills. It is almost impossible to find a place to hike or get out anymore where my dog won't encounter unleashed dogs and a potential fight. This was such a nice spot to visit! Lots of room for our dogs to run around and play fetch. The terrain is pretty hilly, but not dangerously so, and it made for good exercise for all of us—dogs and humans. Very thoughtful touches, including benches and chairs for humans to take a break, toys and treats for dogs, and multiple places where they provide poop bags and trash cans. It looked pretty tidy—poop was picked up. And the surroundings were really pretty. Super friendly and kind owner, too.
