Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Lots of trails - some maintained some unmaintained - choose your own adventure or we can point you in the direction of our favorites. Great if you want to let your dog off leash hike but don’t want to risk running into any other dogs - we have 80 acres and no neighbors and a private road! I have 2 dogs who will stay inside while you’re here, we have a fenced area right by the house we use for them/ this can be booked upon request but is generally just for our dogs.
